MeisterScan brings AI-assisted damage detection into professional vehicle inspection centers. Our system analyzes vehicle photographs, highlights potential damage, and supports trained inspectors in producing consistent, evidence-based assessments.
Currently available at our pilot location in Avcılar, Istanbul.
A model trained on car damage outlines what it finds and hands over a tight box per finding, in seconds per photograph.
Every finding is confirmed, corrected or removed on the real photograph, and the inspector adds whatever the model was blind to. Nothing closes until they have.
The certificate is signed, and the QR code on it checks against a published public key — so a buyer can verify it with mathematics rather than with trust.
Six steps, and a person stands between the model and the certificate at the one point where it matters.
A walkaround plus close-ups. Files come off the phone by cable, SD card or AirDrop — never a messaging app, which would recompress away the detail.
Straight from the laptop to private storage, at full resolution. Nothing is resized on the way in.
Each photograph goes to the model as it lands. A photograph the model could not process is marked failed — never quietly recorded as a clean panel.
The inspector works through the findings on the photograph itself: confirm, correct, delete, or draw one the model missed.
Refused while any photograph is unreviewed or any finding undecided — and it says exactly which ones are in the way.
A signed report with a QR code, checkable offline against a published public key.
The market's problem is not that inspectors cannot see damage. It is that reports are inconsistent, slow to produce, and easy to fake.
The model applies one standard to every panel, at the end of the day as much as at the start of it.
Every finding stays attached to the image it came from, so a disputed certificate can be examined rather than argued about.
What the model proposed and what the inspector concluded are both recorded, and the model's original is never overwritten.
The obvious damage is already marked when the inspector opens the photograph. Their job becomes checking and adding, not starting from a blank frame.
Findings are stored as language-neutral codes and rendered in the reader's language, so a report and its training data never disagree.
No public storage, encrypted at rest, short-lived signed links, and a retention period that is enforced rather than promised.
